And we're a charity, which means every corporate day you book directly supports our work giving young people access to outdoor experiences that genuinely change things for them. Beyond the Boardroom, Powered by Belbin
Team development that actually sticks. Most team development days involve a lot of talking about working better together. This one involves actually doing it. Before the day, every participant completes a Belbin Self-Perception Inventory and so do their colleagues. Because the most revealing part isn't how you see yourself. It's how others see you. On the day, each person receives their individual Belbin Team Role Report. Carl then facilitates a structured session bringing those insights together and then you take it outside.
